Get your hair did... for free!

Getting your kids ready for school to begin is expensive.  No matter if you have to buy school uniforms, or every day clothes, or backpacks, or school supplies (which the list for supplies is OUT OF CONTROL)... it seems like you are constantly spending money in August.
